Official Raffle Terms & Conditions

• Ticket Limit: Clients will receive a maximum of three (3) raffle entries per visit, per day. Booking multiple individual services on the same day or checking out multiple times in one day will not yield additional entries.
•Privacy: "To ensure fairness and privacy, clients will be assigned a specific number at their appointment to represent their raffle entries. A digital generator will randomly select the winning numbers. "Total raffle entries are determined by multiplying the number of completed bookings by three (3). As an example, a client with 5 completed bookings will receive 15 entries.
• Strict Requirement: To receive your entries, you must successfully complete all three steps: online booking via the official link, attendance at the scheduled appointment time, and a completed full-priced service sale at checkout.
• No Combinations: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, packages, service promotions, group rates, or discounts. Full price must be paid for the service to qualify for raffle entry.
• Non-Transferable: Raffle entries and the final prize are strictly non-transferable. They belong solely to the client who booked and completed the service and cannot be assigned, sold, or gifted to another person.
• No Cash Value: Tickets and prizes have zero cash value. They cannot be traded, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, retail products, or account credit.
• Raffle Entry Deadline: All entries must be earned by 10 am December. 23, 2026. Late bookings or appointments rescheduled past this date will not qualify.
• Prize Redemption Deadline: The winner must claim their prize by December. 29,2026. they must use the prize by [December 29,2027]. Unclaimed or unused prizes past this date will be permanently forfeited with no extensions.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Late cancellations, "no-shows," or appointments rescheduled outside of the promotional window automatically forfeit the opportunity to receive a raffle entry for that booking.
• Right to Modify: Swirls Nails LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Giveaway at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by management regarding raffle entries eligibility and winner selection are final.
