Hello everybody! My name is Francesca, wife, mother of a 5 yr old son and just wanted to pass by and share a little bit of my journey on keto/low carb life style.

I started on March of 2021. Started with strict keto, tracking everything. Now I am just doing low carb, no tracking foods, nor calories and I still see some results. I have lost more than 30 pounds!!

I feel great!! Amazing!! Full of energy and now this turned into a life style and loving it!

Now, I want to be an inspiration to others, I share what I eat, recipes, my life style., I started my own Facebook Group.

now I'm more active, walking every morning after I drop my son at school.

When you start following a ketogenic/low-carb diet and need to get rid of the foods that you have been eating all your life is a drastic change.

But, sometimes we have to make major changes in our life in order to become a better version of ourselves. A better version not only physically but also internally, including a change of mind and that's where everything starts.

Once you make the decision in your mind to make the change, progesss starts to show.

I changed my mind a year ago to follow the ketogenic diet; it has changed my life inside out (note: you don't have to follow a keto low-carb diet to drink ketones).

Then I started to drink ketones, have lost more than 35 pounds of fat, I'm feeling full of energy, better mood, a new me!

Dreams have no time limit.

It's never too late to put yourself at the top of your list, prioritize, and do what you’ve always wanted to do.

Being successful isn't confined to a certain age.

Go out there and reinvent yourself as many times as you need. Try something new, then try the next thing. Keep going!

It's been a long journey since I started to take care of myself.

At the beginning it was really hard, but I had my mind set up that I was going to be able to do this.

I started with strict keto for the first months, it was hard tracking every thing, trying to stay within my allowed macros. Sometimes I got so frustrated but I had my mind set up to succeed on this journey.

I started to see the results sooner than I thought, 5 lbs less, 10 lbs less, 20 lbs less!!! but the hard part was to keep the results. It was hard to maintain the results. I wasn't sure if I was able to continue with this diet.

Then I discovered this drink, PTK's. I started to drink it every day, once a day Sometimes twice. I noticed it helped me to extend my fast for longer hours, I also noticed I wasn't hungry as often, I also noticed my appetite was controlled, I also noticed my digestion was getting so much better, I also noticed I was sleeping better and I was loosing fat!!!

I started to experience all these benefits when consuming this drink.

Change is hard but sometimes those changes are for good reasons.

If you are thinking to start a healthy journey in your life, just do it!! Don't think about it.

You don't have anything to loose and everything to gain.

5 things I ask every client before we get started:

2- What are you doing right now to achieve it and what’s working?

I particularly ask these questions to get to know my clients better and to ensure they reach their goals. This helps me help them!

“Let’s see…I need to work on some project for my clients and work on some posts for my social media....awesome, I’ll just scroll through my Instagram feed and check out this YouTube video real quick.”

Before I knew it, two hours would go by and I hadn’t even started my project or the posts. It’s a wonder I got anything done like that, just wandering through my day aimlessly.

Luckily, I stopped doing that.

We all get caught up in distractions that don’t contribute to our success. And if I’m being completely honest, I actually LOOK for distractions sometimes because THINKING is harder. lol

But when it’s time to get serious about been productive, you see how valuable your time is – and that you don’t have it to waste on “fluff” activities that won’t help you grow.

Now, if I need a break, I focus on positive activities that help me stay focused:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 Meditating and practicing gratitude⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 Exercising and running⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 Getting outside in nature⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏼 Working on creative projects⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

All of these help me refresh my focus so that I’m more effective at being productive, specially when you are your own boss working from home.
