There has been several situations recently where people are canceling less than 48 hours of their appointments. This is my cancellation /no show policy for a refresher!! When people do this, it’s sometimes hard for me to find someone to take your spot, which means I don’t get paid, and I have a family to provide for. Think of it like showing up to your job, and you don’t get paid. A lot of you have been understanding, and others have not. Which is super hurtful. I need people that respect me, just like I respect all of you. And if you can’t respect me, it may be best to find someone else. I’m upset it has come down to this. But I have been super lenient for a while now.
I am going to start putting peoples cards on file, and will have a contract wrote up for situations like this. Truly from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for the ones that respect me, and my time. It also shows you respect my family, and that is huge to me. I love you all!!
