2017- 2021 - 4 YEARS JOURNEY
This week it's been 4 years since I started my journey in the fitness world.
In fact, I've always liked sports, and I've always been involved with something, like Yoga, Gym workouts, Dance, but I didn't know how to eat properly to get results.
In 2017 I decided to seek help from someone who could guide me to change my body and my lifestyle.
From that point on, I understood how results-oriented eating works, and that's how I decided to study and become a fitness professional.
This is a perfect example of how your diet impacts your bottom line. It is in the kitchen that we build an ABS.
In my opinion, the keys to achieving real results are:
✅EAT CLEAN, and have one free MEAL during the week (note that I said meal, not all day long).
✅ Adequate amounts of MACRONUTRIENTS: Quantity is an extremely important factor, since even healthy food in excess is fattening.
✅Cardiovascular EXERCISES and STRENGTH training: burning calories and build muscles, lean mass, which helps to increase your metabolism.
✅ CONSISTENCY: everytime that you stop, you return to the start position. Do not quit, focus and go on.
This is the most basic things you can do. There's no miracle formula, there is no SHORTCUT. 💪

⭐You can't be healthy for 1 month or 3 months, or want to lose weight for an event. If you want results for life, you need to change your beliefs and habits about food.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❤I'll give you a tip that I use as a way of thinking to avoid attacking food unnecessarily:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Food is abundant in the world, and whenever I want it will be there, that is, you don’t need to despair to eat that chocolate, it will always be there, when you reach your goal, you will have time to eat it, without guilt;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
