Doing hair for so many years taught me a lot about my own black sisters.

Here’s what I’ve learned. ⬇️

We are the strongest women on earth in my opinion. All I’ve ever seen in my sisters throughout my career is STRENGTH.

Black women are so beautiful and powerful.

I’ve been doing hair for a long time.
I’ve put in a lot of work caring, listening, and giving so much of myself. I have no idea what the future holds for me in this industry as I’m getting older, but one thing I will say, if I had to do it all over again. I WOULD PICK THIS CAREER over and over and over again. I’ve been so blessed to be my own boss since 1998.

I am forever grateful for God gifting me with a gift where I can serve women and make them smile every time they see improvement in their hair.

I wouldn’t change anything!!

Lord keep right on blessing me to higher levels. 🙏🏼

If your spirit is not pleasant to be around no one is going to want to service you. I think some people forget..CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS can come into your place of business and bring the nastiest energy into your atmosphere.🦋 Then, they wonder why people don’t do them right. It could be YOU!! Change the energy you are bringing into buildings. 🦋

It’s unfortunate how the devil gets his way in people. 🦋

This is my goal style. Two days ago I was able to cut about two inches of hair to start my bob look. I’m almost there and I can’t wait. I miss my thick..bouncy..healthy..behaving hair.

Rich is when your heart is full, your spirit is at peace, and you’re surrounded by a village that loves❤️ you genuinely. No fake love❤️. No love tied to what you do or what you have. Just real love❤️…steady, unconditional, and present no matter what.

All I ever wanted to do was bring women together and show women we don’t have to be jealous and envy of each other..but all I see in most women is jealousy, envy, and a competing spirit. It’s sad..but it’s so true. 🦋

Find sisters who fight for you in the Spirit, not compete with you in the natural. 🦋
