She came to me with a haircut that had no real shape.

The finger angle was off… and it completely threw off the hairline and silhouette of the haircut.

This is why details matter.

Small technical mistakes create BIG visual problems.

So instead of over-texturizing or trying to hide the issue…

I used convex layers to rebuild the shape properly.

Softness.

Now the haircut actually works WITH her hair texture instead of against it.

Today's transformation is the perfect example of why color corrections should be left to a professional.

My client came in with uneven, brassy, and splotchy color that had multiple tones throughout the hair. While it can be tempting to chase the perfect color in one appointment, preserving the health of the hair is always my top priority.

Because her hair had some existing damage, I had to be very strategic with my color tone . This allowed us to achieve a gorgeous, blended result without compromising the integrity of her hair.

Healthy hair holds color better, shines brighter, and gives us a stronger foundation for future appointments. Sometimes the best color correction isn't about getting the lightest possible result. It's about creating beautiful, realistic progress while protecting the hair every step of the way.
