" Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen."
~Shakti Gawain
It is my belief that all physical ailments stem from some sort of emotional blockage. Some blockages we have created ourselves and some have been passed on from generation to generation. If we can heal our emotional self then we can heal our physical self. The oils assist with this healing process.

Cupping is an ancient technique that has been used to help the body release areas of stagnation. Rather than compression of the tissue, the cups draw the tissue up creating space and promoting blood flow and healing. The muscles are able to relax quicker and the therapist is able to work the tissue more efficiently. This also allows stuck and stagnant emotions to be brought up to the surface for healing, and acceptance. Some other reasons clients choose cupping are: muscle tension, muscle pain, inflammation, skin toning, circulation, healing, and so many more. 760.340.2600
