Ryan Chat Logs - Caught by People v. Preds #498 on 2/17/25 in San Clemente California ARRESTED. Ryan started off this conversation on text after my first age drop by saying "oh you're one of those organizations that catches pedos. I've seen those vids on YouTube" and later in the conversation even sends a Chris Hansen gif when I was asking him what his plans were when him and what he believed to be a 13 year old girl meet up to hangout. He was very reluctant at first to give a se*ual plan, but he ended up saying that he would be down for a bl**job. Soon afterwards, we call him for about 45 minutes where he repeats his interest in receiving a bl**job from what he believes to be a 13 year old girl and states that he will f**ger and l*ck and rub her "down there" too. He then proceeds to instruct my decoy how to mas****ate on the phone for about 10 minutes. The following day, he shows up to the Ralphs in San Clemente and sends a picture of where he was parked, but is sketched out so he ends up driving around the corner and parking his car there. Shortly after, he was met by People v. Preds and San Clemente PD and was arrested on scene. Thanks to PvP as always and to San Clemente PD for taking this matter seriously.
