Join us on Saturdays with Yolanda she has taught yoga for over 10 years she's certified in silver sneakers and Mat Yoga
10:30 a.m Restorative Yoga Classes (50 mins)
Chair Yoga @1:30 p.m -2:00 p.m (30min)

Join us on Sunday's with Ashley @ 2:30p.m. for an hour long Chair Yoga class. This gentle class will help you with concentration and flexibility while having support from the chair.

And Sundays @ 4p.m. For an hour long yoga flow and breath work class. This class will be mixed with fluid transitions from one pose to the next and breath work to help reconnect our mind and body.

Flow and Restorative Yoga:
Tuesday @ 5:45p.m.

This class begins with a 20-30 minute yoga flow to stretch and strengthen the body.

Followed by 30-40 minutes of restorative yoga poses. Here we bring the floor up to meet us. Using blankets and pillows in a supportive way. Creating a feeling of calm and increased well-being.
