If you’re new here, welcome! I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m Kaila, the face behind Skin by Kaila, located near Downtown Redlands. I specialize in customized, result driven skincare with a focus on acne, acne scarring, pigmentation, texture, and creating home care routines that are actually made for your skin.

One thing that’s always been important to me is combining corrective skincare with relaxation. Self care isn’t just about improving what’s on the outside. It’s about slowing down, taking a deep breath, and giving yourself time to recharge too. I want every appointment to leave you feeling confident and relaxed.

Outside of the treatment room, I created Esthetician Collective, a community built on community over competition. My goal is to bring estheticians together to learn from one another, support each other, and create genuine connections within our industry. Watching it grow has been one of the coolest experiences, and I can’t wait to continue building a space where everyone feels welcome.

A few fun things about me…

⟡ My boyfriend introduced me to farm life, so now I’m obsessed with our chickens and hanging out with my dog.

⟡ I’m a huge matcha girl.

⟡ Concerts are my favorite thing ever. Nothing beats seeing live music.

⟡ I love going to the movies by myself. It’s my little reset.

⟡ And yes… I do enjoy a little 🍃 every now and then. Balance, right? 😂

Back in April, we completed one Green Sea Peel and shifted our focus toward barrier repair, brightening, and maintaining healthy skin at home. Since then, she’s stayed consistent with her routine, and it shows. 👏

When we invest in our skin and follow through with home care, we continue moving results forward instead of letting them stay stagnant. The combination of professional treatments and daily consistency is what creates long term change.

Her skin is looking brighter, calmer, and more even overall, and we’re not done yet. Next, we’ll be increasing the use of her Mandelic Scrub and Glow Tone Serum to continue supporting acne and pigmentation concerns. In the fall, we’ll be doing another Green Sea Peel along with brightening treatments such as the Mela Pro Cold Peel to further improve discoloration, support clear skin, and maintain her results.
