Redlands Restorative Massage
Relief for pain from overuse and repetitive use injuries.

This popped up in my facebook memories from 2016. Still true:
"Today a client asked me, why did you become a massage therapist? A question I still have trouble answering, It wasn't a calling, or something I had a vested interest in, I didn't have a miraculous recovery from an injury that inspired me to do the work. It just kind of happened. I was 21 wondering what I was going to do after my seasonal stint at UPS was over. A friend was talking about how they were considering going to massage school. The thought grabbed me. I went to an orientation the next week & enrolled at East West College in 2010. End of story...kind of. Having been in this line of work for nearly 5 years, and thousands of massages later, I'd rather answer the question: Why are you a massage therapist? Massage therapy is endlessly rewarding. I've facilitated healing in ways I never thought possible with intentional, positive touch combined with therapeutic knowledge, & the desire to do good in the world. I've watched my clients of every age, gender, & physical ability, have more ease in their body, let go of emotional burdens, heal injuries, work through restrictions, & feel better overall body and mind. Massage isn't just about relaxation, or working out knots. I feel lucky to have a job that enhances my life. Bringing a smile to someones face & awareness to their body so they can continue down the path of life with a little more ease. This work to me is meaningful. This work makes me happy. Thats the why."
