Dihydroxyacetone is an FDA-approved self-tanning agent that reacts with proteins in the skin, forming melanoidin-like brown compounds within 2 hours, producing a suntanned appearance.

Non-ionic, multi-purpose, oil-in-water emulsifying agent consisting of sorbitol, ethylene oxide & stearic acid (polyoxyethylene-60 sorbitan monostearate).
Acts as dispersing agent and anti-static thickener, and is very useful as solubilizer and stabilizer of essential oils.
