Last month I completed my course as a Beginner Meditation Teacher🧘🏻‍♀️

On November 3rd, I take my final assessment in my FaceYoga course …🙏🏼🤞🏼and become a Face Yoga Instructor !

I’ll be scheduling a workshop combining the two methods in November, early December… Anyone interested ?! …. Location and date to be announced after my certification. 😁🪷
