Thank you for everybody who has supported me in my business journey. I had the honor and privilege of owning my own permanent makeup and makeup studio in Reno for three years.
A couple months ago, I made the very hard decision to close my business. During the shut down I looked for essential business work to provide some much needed stability in my life, which I found. With closing my doors I had to say many hard goodbyes to clients who had become my friends over the past three years. Everyday after work I would go home crying as I felt like I was breaking up with client after client all day long. Other than notifying clients I would no long be their service provider, I knew I needed to sell over $5000 of inventory that I had. Many of my clients and friends and those of you on social media bought product from me at a discount. I was closing out everything at 40% off, (which some products I lost money on at that rate), but I was happy to recoup some costs.
It has been almost a month since my business shut down. Over two months have passed since I started closing out products and selling off items. My office/ meditation room is filled with stuff/product from a chapter of my life that I want to close. I no longer have the energy to work my new job and also try to get rid of all the product I have left, but that being said, I still I have a lot of product left, and testers, samples and displays...
