I find myself really missing "the shop" lately. Christmas time was THE BEST time. Back in the day we were so busy during the holidays, I would be nearly in tears at the end of the day, and delirious by Saturday afternoon! There were even a few who got a haircut ONCE a year at the holidays. It was always so good to see them and catch up, like hardly any time had passed. So many people came and went over our 37 years. I often wonder what the tally would actually be. I am so grateful for, and cherish all the fond memories over so many years. Merry Christmas fairwood haircare family. You are in my heart.

Update! Gina got her credentials to operate the light rail train! Annnnnd Lacey brought her new baby girl into the world! Quite a week for the FWHC family.

Hi friends! As many of you already know, we are closing at the end of our lease. It is with much sadness that we are leaving the community we have been a part of for 37 years. We haven't recovered from the covid situation, and financially it doesn't make sense to continue. 😢 It has been our pleasure to serve and get to know all of the wonderful people over the years. Your support of this little family business means more than you could ever know. There are no immediate plans to reopen anywhere, but i will not count that out in the future. Any updates will be posted here. We will be fully out of here by December 31st. We would love it if you come by and say goodbye. Be warned... I'm a hugger!!
