I always use Friday mornings as my self care day/stretch day Gets me ready for the weekend. Last year I received 78 stretching treatments and am well on my way to eclipsing that mark this year. What are you doing to take care of yourself this year? Every lil but helps @ Renton, Washington

Since it’s soup weather outside why not make soup? Hubbard Squash soup in the vitamix. 3 # Hubbard squash, 2 Asian pears, 2 cups of veggie stock( I made mine from the stalks and stems of the greens) and 5 mission figs for a lil sweetener. Sprinkle on nutmeg, Garam Marsala, and cinnamon. Top with pecans

Primitive but mason jars are really handy for your morning smoothie. 1 cup water, 1 banana, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup pineapple 🍍, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup mango πŸ₯­, 2 dried figs, 1tsp bee 🐝 pollen, 1 tsp h**p seed, 1/4 cup pumpkin πŸŽƒ seeds. Add 1 cup ice if fruit are not frozen. You can mix and match all kinds of ways. # banana @ Dtp Massage Therapy

Butternut Squash and yam soup. I packed it with Adriatic figs, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, amaranth, flaxseed meal, h**p seeds, lemon juice and almond milk. This year I am trying more high density nutrient whole foods into my diet. I just vitamixed it up and viola! soup @ Dtp Massage Therapy
