Meet Pam Neighbors, CPCP — one of the featured educators at the 2026 SPCP Convention.

With more than 33 years of experience in tattooing, scalp micropigmentation, permanent cosmetics, scar camouflage, esthetics, and microneedling, Pam brings an incredible depth of knowledge to the industry. Mother’s Day Mega Deal — NEVER before seen savings! 💐✨

As most of you know, my husband and I introduced our sweet son, Koen, to the world in November 👶💙 It has been absolutely amazing, and he is such a blessing to our lives. It also brought a lot of changes—especially since our youngest before him is 11 years older. Boy, things have CHANGED! 😅

Trying to navigate being a new mom again while raising four daughters, running a business, maintaining a marriage, and keeping up with everyday tasks has been… interesting. Honestly, I’d say REALLY HARD at times. I kept telling myself I would bounce right back to normal—but that wasn’t the case at all.

I had to start finding little ways to make myself feel better while adjusting to this new season of life. But one by one, every single appointment had to be moved… the last one being my massage the night before. I felt defeated. I knew I needed time to feel “normal” again, and I had tried so hard to plan it around my family.

So I started doing things here and there instead—and that’s okay. I’m still incredibly blessed to be able to do anything at all 🙏 But honestly, just getting my brows back was a BIG deal for me.
