Vida Amor
A Quiet, Calm, and Serene atmosphere offering High Quality Massage Therapy. Stretch Therapy. Cold Exposure. TRI CITIES FIRST COLD PLUNGE FACILITATOR🧊
We didn’t sell our business.
We took the time to thoughtfully match each of our clients with a therapist we truly believed would care for them the way we always have.
For us, this was never just about massage. It was about relationships, trust, and the privilege of being part of your journey.
We are forever shaped by our clients. Every session, every conversation, and every story has left its mark on us. While this chapter is coming to a close, our gratitude is endless.
To every client who trusted us with your body, your healing, and your life—thank you. It has been an honor beyond words.
This isn’t goodbye. It’s simply passing the torch to therapists we believe in, so your care can continue long after we’ve turned the page to our next adventure. 🤍
If you haven’t scheduled your last massage- now is the time. Doors close 7/20. 🤍🤍
To our incredible clients,
As many of you know, we are beginning a new chapter and preparing to close this season of our business. While we’re excited for what lies ahead, saying goodbye is not easy.
Over the years, many of you became so much more than clients. You became friends, family, and a part of our lives. We’ve celebrated victories with you, supported you through challenges, watched families grow, and shared countless meaningful conversations. The trust you’ve placed in us has been one of the greatest gifts of our lives.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your healing, your wellness journey, and your story. Thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, your referrals, your laughter, and your support through the years.
While our doors may be closing, the relationships and memories we’ve built will stay with us forever. We are deeply grateful for every single one of you.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of the Vida Amor family. We love and appreciate you more than words can express.
With that being said we will continue to fulfill reoccurring appointments up until we can’t-and will no longer be taking new clients. We will continue to update you as we can.
With endless gratitude,
Jessica & Manny🤍🤗
If I had to give advice to someone trying massage for the first time, here’s what I’d say 🤍
Just do it.Your body isn’t “too much” of anything… not too tight, not too sensitive, not too far gone. Not too big, small, odd shaped. It’s actually doing its best to communicate with you—and it’s worthy of care exactly as it is.
Give your Therapist a real chance.
Try them 2–3 times. Your body needs time to build trust, unwind patterns, and feel safe enough to let go. If it still doesn’t feel aligned after that, that’s okay—find someone who does. But don’t give up on your body in the process.
Breathe.
Your breath is everything. It sends oxygen to every single cell, helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode, and creates space where tension used to live. Slow inhales, longer exhales… let your body soften instead of bracing.
Ask questions.
Nothing is weird or off limits. This is your body, your experience. And yes—sensations you’ve never felt before will happen. Tingling, emotional releases, warmth, even unexpected soreness… it’s your body processing, reconnecting, and sometimes unwinding things that have been stored for a long time.
Massage isn’t just about “fixing pain.”It’s about learning your body’s language… and finally listening to it. You deserve this.
If you’ve been thinking about it—this is your sign 🤍 and if you as my client have any advice to someone trying my massage for the first time, please leave it in comments! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
When you come in like this…
We slow everything down.
Because it’s not just your muscles—it’s your nervous system asking for a moment to feel safe again.
And here… it gets to 🤍
My opinion: you’re going to find the best Massage Therapist’s working from home!
Why?
Because when someone is truly in this field to make a difference in people’s lives, they build something more personal… more intentional.
Home studios aren’t rushed.
They’re not corporate.
They’re curated for YOU.
You’re getting someone who chose this path — not just clocking in.
More presence.
More care.
More connection.
And your nervous system can feel the difference.
✨ This is where real work happens.
(And yes… it’s a little more intimate, a little more real — and that’s the point 🤍)
