WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Florence Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced content creator who understands more than just taking pretty photos. We’re searching for someone who knows how to strategically grow a brand, increase engagement, and attract our ideal clientele through social media.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Proven experience growing social media accounts
✨ Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends
✨ Understanding of marketing, branding, and client attraction strategies
✨ Ability to create engaging photo and video content (Reels are a must)
✨ Knows what to post, when to post, and how to optimize content for reach and engagement
✨ Can plan content calendars and execute a consistent posting strategy
✨ Strong understanding of the beauty industry is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Capture content in the salon
• Create and edit Reels, stories, and posts
• Develop content strategies that attract new clients
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
• Help strengthen and elevate our luxury salon brand
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results

We’re not looking for someone who simply posts content—we’re looking for someone who understands how to turn content into clients.

I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2018. I specialize in highlights, vivids, customized color, and women’s haircuts. I love creating personalized, dimensional looks that help each client feel confident and beautiful. I enjoy connecting with my clients and making every appointment a comfortable, enjoyable experience.
 
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, family, and friends.

Hi, my name is Jacklynn! I’m originally from Auburn, WA and moved to the Tri-Cities last year. I’m a proud girl mom, and when I’m not behind the chair you can usually find us shopping, going on walks, spending time with family, or sneaking in a cozy couch nap.
 
I received my cosmetology license last year and officially began working in a salon this year. I love doing blonding, bridal hair & lived in color. I’ve recently been diving into extensions—something I’m absolutely loving and excited to grow in. I can’t wait to continue learning, creating, and connecting with new clients

With 12 years of experience, Isabel is the foundation of Florence Beauty Salon. She specializes in advanced hair extension methods — Weft, I-Tip, and K-Tip — and is known throughout the Tri-Cities for creating seamless blondes and rich, dimensional brunettes.

As an educator and mentor, Isabel is passionate about elevating both her clients and her team. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her solo traveling, gardening, or diving into personal development and finance.
