Every appointment begins with a conversation. We review your intake form, discuss your concerns and goals, and then use digital scalp imaging to take a closer look together.

Is it normal to lose hair every day?

Yes.

In fact, losing around 50–100 hairs per day is considered normal for most people.

So when should you pay closer attention?

You may want to have your hair or scalp evaluated if you notice:

• Significantly more hair in your brush or shower than usual

• You can see more of your scalp than before
• Hair seems to be shedding for several weeks or longer
• Itching, tenderness, flaking, or other scalp changes accompany the shedding

Hair shedding can happen for many reasons—including stress, illness, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, certain medications, genetics, and scalp conditions.
