Okay I’ll be the first to admit after 4+ yrs of doing nails I began to slack off and maybe wasn’t too professional. I began to feel mentally, emotionally, and physically drained. I wasn’t doing what I should have been doing when it came to being a boss. But ya girls back now better than ever and ready to take this boss thing head on. I apologize to anyone I have let down, anyone whose messages I didn’t respond to right away, etc. My passion is nails and seeing clients obsess over their nails so as a thank you to all of my clients that have been here and clients that are new, I’m now doing loyalty cards and referral cards. So because I have clients that come at random times some every 2 weeks some every 3, some every 4 etc. you clients will get the choice on when to use it. So you can either get 20% off at your 6th mani/pedi or you can get a mani or pedi free on your 10th. Keep in mind if you use the 20% off your sixth then your count starts over. All manis count as one and all pedis count as one. I’m also doing referrals now so if you refer someone to me you will get 10% off at your next appt and the new client you referred will also get 10% off their first appt. After you refer 3 clients to me you will get a free mani or pedi on me. I appreciate everyone of you that have stuck it out with me. I know I haven’t quite been the best lately but ya girls been run down and tired but my promise to you all is that I’m awakened and ready to give you my all. Thank you so much to you dedicated ones and too the new ones. I love yall.

Okay guys I hate repeatedly making these post but it seems some people either aren’t considerate of my time and my money, or they just don’t care. I hate to sound like the bad guy but I need every single one of you to understand THIS IS MY JOB. This is how I provide for my family. I don’t work outside of this I do this 7 days a week 24/7 even work on my “suppose to be days off” to accommodate for clients that can’t come during my normal hours. I don’t ask for much all I ask is if you need to cancel give me 24 hr notice so I can try to fill your appt spot when you don’t give me a notice and I have 3-4 of you cancelling last minute every week I’m losing a lot of money on top of the money I’m putting into doing your nails. I have been more than lenient I’ve taken major loses to make sure clients get what they want without breaking their pockets. If you ask me you won’t find another tech to do what I do to help my client out and I do it out of love for you all an what I do. If the cancellations within a 24 hr notice don’t stop I’m going to have to start taking none refundable deposits for you too even book with me. I’m losing way too much especially being around the holidays I can’t keep doing this. An guys I’m one of the most understanding people there is I have five kids I know s**t happens but the type of person I am if an emergency pops up and I HAVE to cancel an appt I’m goin to send a message with proof why I’m cancelling it’s just that simple. If something happens and you are in the hospital send a pic of the hospital or something he’ll I don’t care what it is. I’ll knock the $20 off and reschedule you but if you’re not even communicating with me I can’t let that slide. I’m sorry if I sound hateful but guys I do this for my five children. Enough is enough when I’ve been nice as hell about it. I hope this doesn’t p**s anyone off I just need you to understand my view. Sorry for the rant I really do hope you all understand it’s getting very frustrating with 3-5 people doing this a week.

I’m starting a new raffle as of today, same as last time tickets are $2 a piece and you can purchase as many as you want. Raffle will end in about two weeks as long as I have enough to do a drawling if not we will extend it a bit but I’ll let you guys know on that.

I guess my post got deleted so I’m posting again cause some people aren’t taking new rules and price changes serious. Prices have changed a little bit when it comes to my services. When you come to your appt after the service is done I will put everything into the app that you received on your nails etc. I’ve put all prices on the app so it tally’s everything up for me and I’ll get your total at the end. if you want me to do it before I do the work I can do that also. Prices have changed for EVERYONE if I was to change them for just certain people that’s not fair to everyone and I’d have to give everyone services for usual prices and for me to be successful and take care of my family I CAN NOT do that. Remember everyone, this is my job just like you work this is my work and if I’m not making money and I’m only able to restock myself with product then this isn’t going to be worth my time.

Also CANCELATIONS if you do not give me a 24 hr cancellation notice in order for me to try to refill your slot you will have to pay a $20 cancellation fee in order to rebook with me again NO EXCEPTIONS!! It’s either this way or making everyone pay a $20 deposit in order to even book. If you don’t pay it you can’t book again. I have to do this in order to not constantly be losing out on income. When you don’t show to your appt and I don’t have the time to fill your spot I’m losing money for the day/week towards bills and taking care of my family. If I don’t do this is seems multiple people are taking advantage of cancelling last minute and rescheduling without even telling me. This is effective as of a week ago.

I hope this doesn’t upset anyone but I hope you understand why these things HAVE TO BE in effect. Again I love an appreciate every single one of you an thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your nails.

( if my clients would rather pay a $20 deposit that would go towards your nails at your appt instead of paying $20 cancellation fees let me know and I will switch to doing the deposits instead of cancellation fees. If I do the deposits and you cancel your appt that $20 will become the fee for not showing to your appt and won’t go towards the total of the service you receive if you reschedule. If you do come $20 of your total will already be paid. You all let me know an I’ll do what’s best for you all.)

Just a few announcements I need to make and a few changes coming. From now on if anyone is wanting detailed hand drawn nail art I need to know in advance preferably when you book your appt. I say this because 80% of my clients want very detailed work and when I’m finding out once you arrive to your appt it’s putting me wayyy behind for the rest of my appts that day because that takes time an patience. All my clients know I will not rush my work in any way what so ever so in order to give you all the best work of mine and the most out of my time I’d rather be prepared then get a sudden shock of 10 hand drawn nails. it makes me panic because I know it’s gonna take time. Another thing my hours will be changing soon. I usually book noon,2,4,6 but once I figure out the hours I want to book I’ll update you all again. Also I know a lot of people know this an know it’s just common curiosity not to do it but PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ever just show up to my home, my children’s home without having an appt or messaging me in advance and asking if it’s okay. I know it may not seem big to some people but that’s a very big thing to me. Everyone needs to understand my children are in my home this is OUR safe place. I already feel uneasy letting so many people come to my house. I should not have to worry about clients just randomly showing up to my home for unnecessary things. I get it you all message and call me but everyone needs to understand I have more clients then necessary for one person. I WILL NOT REPLY to any messages while I’m working on a client. That is rude to my clients and I do not have the time for it. If I do reply to you then I felt it was important and I’ll apologize to my client I’m working on in advance. I’m a very busy person on top of being a wife and mother to five. This job is not my top priority my husband and children are. If I open your message and don’t reply instantly I will get back to you at the end of the day when my job of doing nails is done for the day. I’m sure no one wants me stopping on their nails to sit on my phone so have that same respect when you aren’t the one in my chair. Please do not feel entitled that I should have to respond immediately. I have plenty of people wanting a spot in my chair. I hope no one takes this rudely cause I promise I’m not trying to be but I know I have those few great clients that understand I’m a busy busy boss, wife, and mother and for those that understand 100% yall the ones I’ll forever Rock with and appreciate forever. Thank you all for understanding and for rocking with me through all my trials, errors, and busy ass life. I love and appreciate all my girls.
