If I give you 110% then I'm looking for 120% If I show up every day and show up I'm looking to be seen and heard I'm a leader never follower So tired of living from paycheck to paycheck tired of these jobs not offering no benefits tired of these jobs hiring outside people to feel position when you have people that's been working for you for years. Since the doors open and you never offer the positions the opportunities to grow people with their own businesses wake up cuz your employee should be living like you living. Especially ones you can really really depend on
