Hello world! I am April OhSo, owner and founder of OhSo Healthy&Well Therapeutics. OhSo Healthy&Well Therapeutics is a wellness practice that offers energetic bodywork, herbal therapy, & other therapeutic services. Energy body work is an integrated form of touch therapy, also known as Integrated Body Manipulation(IBM). This practice of energy bodywork is what I like to refer to as the Wisdom Zen Flow, which has therapeutic effects on the energetic, spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well beings. Meditation, rhythmic rocking, yogic stretching, spontaneous adjustments, energy projection, interactive manipulations, reflexology, fascia release, chakra balancing, etc. are incorporated to create a blissful experience.
From the herbal therapy, to the energetic touch, the common goal of all practices here, is to elevate you into wholistic balance. 💫
