T•Caf Salon de Thé

To our beloved T Caf family,

It’s with incredibly heavy hearts that we announce the abrupt closing of our current T Caf location. This wasn't an easy decision, and we know it comes as a surprise, but please know it was made after a great deal of thought and effort.

For almost a year, we've been in negotiations with our landlord regarding our lease. With all the exciting new construction happening around us, they unfortunately felt it was time to double our rent. On top of that, our lease is a triple net (NNN) lease, meaning we're responsible for many of the building's expenses, including the much-needed upgrades like a new HVAC system. After careful consideration, we simply determined that staying at this location was no longer in the best interest of T Caf's long-term future.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. We genuinely loved meeting so many wonderful people, sharing countless pots of our specialty teas, and creating cherished memories together in our cozy space. Your support, laughter, and loyalty have meant the world to us, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

This isn't the end for T Caf, though – it's a new chapter! We're actively searching for a new home that better suits our vision for the future of our Tea Room. We envision a space where we can continue to serve you, grow our community, and bring even more of our passion for tea to life.

In the meantime, you won't have to go without your favorite T Caf blends! You'll be able to find us and our specialty teas at local markets and festivals. We'll announce our appearances on our social media channels, so keep an eye out! And for those special occasions, remember that we're still available to provide the perfect catered Tea Parties at a location of your choosing.

Parking in Scott's Addition can be a bit crazy but fortunately for us at the Caf we have available to use the lot across the street at East Coast Freight M-F 5pm til Midnight and Saturdays and Sundays all day.
