The biggest difference between a nail tech and a nail CEO
isn’t talent. It’s how they think. 🧠

Most techs focus on staying busy. More clients. More appointments.
More hours behind the chair. But CEOs think differently.

They focus on things like: ⬇️
• Positioning
• Systems
• Client retention
• Profit

Because a full schedule doesn’t automatically mean you have a business. You can be booked every week and still feel stuck.

The shift happens when you stop thinking like someone who just provides a service… and start thinking like someone who runs a company. 💼

That’s when you begin building something that can actually grow.

Not just something that keeps you busy. 📈

If you’re a nail tech trying to create cleaner sets, better retention, and a process that actually makes sense, you’re in the right place 🩷

Everything I teach is built around mastering application and working with intention instead of guessing.
I put my full process into one place so you don’t have to piece things together on your own.

Most nail techs are busy.
Few are actually profitable.

Because staying booked isn’t the same as running a business.

A lot of techs focus on getting more clients…
but never build the systems that keep clients coming back.

That’s what made the biggest difference for me. 💡

I started focusing on the systems behind the chair… the things that actually help a business grow.

That’s where the S.C.A.L.E. Method came from.

A framework I use that focuses on things like:

• Creating an experience clients remember
• Automating follow ups so clients don’t disappear
• Building upgrade options that increase every appointment
• Using rebooking psychology to stay consistently booked

This carousel is just one small piece of it.

Because building a real business isn’t about being busy.

It’s about being intentional. ✅

If you don’t know your monthly numbers, your booking system, or your client retention rate… you don’t have a business.

You have a schedule. ⏰

And if you can’t even tell whether you’re profitable, it’s because you don’t know your starting number. 😬

Business owners track numbers.
Hobbyists just stay busy.

Cuticle cutting isn’t what gives you retention. Control does.

A lot of techs think lifting at the cuticle means they didn’t cut enough.
So they cut wider. They cut deeper. They chase “clean.” But what actually happens is trauma. 😖

When you overcut, you leave irritation, swelling, and uneven skin around the nail plate. That creates gaps, moisture, and debris under the product seal. And once acrylic or gel touches skin or compromised tissue, lifting is guaranteed.

Proper cuticle work is not about removing skin. It’s about removing non living tissue to exposing the nail plate evenly for product to adhere to.

Clean does not mean aggressive. Clean means intentional.✅

Comment “CUTICLE” and I’ll send it to you.
