One of the best feelings in a small business is the ability experience and nurture organic growth. It is the greatest joy watching someone develop skill, gain confidence, earn trust, provide value to others, and grow into the fully realized version of themselves, not only as a skilled tradesperson, but as a person. This is also the hardest part of small business ownership, because occasionally it means that growth is going to move someone into a different path. It has been a pleasure watching grow and help others in their journey behind the chair. Today is his last day before venturing out on his own with studio We wish him nothing but the best and he’ll always be family.
