Elevate is 6 months into existence, but it’s really a lifelong dream made reality. If you’d asked me from age 10-16 what I was going to be when I grew up, it was always massage therapist, it just took me a while to get here. Life is kind of funny like that. 🌞🌱🫶🏻

This business is so much more than a career to me, and I’m so grateful for every learning curve it has brought, every person who has walked through the door, and the people who keep coming back and trusting me. 🌞🌱🫶🏻

I’ve noticed we tend to greet each other with “have you been busy?” And I used to heave a big sigh and respond with “very….”

But I love answering this question now, because while my days are full, it doesn’t feel “busy” anymore. But that didn’t just happen overnight- it’s a cumulative result of daily rhythms and practice, and bodywork has played a huge role in cultivating that. ➡️

In my massage room, there is no rush. There is only acknowledging and honoring the present moment, and that has leaked into other areas of my life.
