Microblading Lounge
It is my number one goal to help my clients enhance their natural beauty!
Before any pigment.
Before any technique.
Before anything permanent- this.
Brow mapping is where the whole appointment actually starts. I’m reading your face, your bone structure, your symmetry.
The shape gets drawn on with removable makeup so you can see it first.
Nothing is permanent until you’ve seen it and approved it.
This is what you should expect before anyone picks up a tool in your direction.
Save this if you’re considering brow services. 🤍

This is my favorite part.
Not the finished result.
Not the before and after.
This moment… right here… where she’s already smiling before we’re even done.
Six years in this chair and this never gets old.
That’s how you know you’re in the right work. 🤍

My husband saw it in me in 2015.
I didn’t open my doors until 2020.
For five years I told myself I wasn’t ready. I needed more training, more money in the bank, a better time.
What I was really doing was waiting to feel ready, like readiness was a switch that would flip on its own one day.
It never flipped. The fear didn’t get smaller while I waited. It just followed me around with a longer list of reasons attached.
I finally opened the doors still not feeling ready. That first year was messy. I second-guessed my pricing and my mapping and most of my decisions.
But I was learning in the chair instead of in my own head, and that turned out to be the only place the confidence actually gets built.
He’s always had more faith in me than I’ve had in myself. It took me five years to catch up to what he already knew.
If you’ve been waiting to feel ready for PMU, that waiting is the part costing you. Those are years you don’t get back.
I made a free guide on what it actually takes to start, what to look for in training, and the mistakes I see most often.
Comment *GUIDE* and I’ll send it to you. 🫶🏽

This place is very friendly & professional. Tanisha took her time to explain everything and was very personable. I appreciate their kindness and understanding. Highly recommend this place for your PMU needs.
Day 23/40. Someone left a comment that stopped me.
She said she asked her mentor about needles during her PMU course and got minimal input.
So here’s what she deserved to hear.
There are two needle configurations. Long taper delivers less ink flow, ideal for fine, delicate work and tiny precise pixels.
Short to medium taper delivers more, better for shading, color packing, bolder lines.
Then you have groupings. One needle, three, five, seven. Each serves a different purpose depending on what you’re trying to achieve.
And then there’s skin. Thin skin, mature skin, young skin, sensitive skin. The needle that works on one client can change your result completely on another.
This is one topic. There are people paying for PMU training right now and getting minimal answers to foundational questions.
I have a full module dedicated to needles inside The Lounge Academy because this is not a one-sentence answer.
If you’re in training and your questions keep getting surface-level responses, that’s information.
Save this. And if you have questions, I actually answer them! 🫶🏽
Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send over my free PMU Standards Guide!
Day 22/40. Most people have no idea these exist.
But this is one of the most important things I pick up before I ever touch a client’s face.
These are my brow mapping tools.
I map the architecture of the brow based on your facial structure.
Because every face is different.
The points where your brow should start, arch, and end aren’t the same for everyone. What looks perfect on one person can look completely wrong on another.
This is why “just give me natural brows” isn’t as simple as it sounds. A real consultation matters before anyone picks up a tool.
When you leave Microblading Lounge and your brows look like they just grew that way?
This is part of why.
Not magic. Math, measurement, and six years of learning how to read a face. Training my natural eye.
Save this if you’re considering PMU. Follow along. Next week I’m going to walk through what a full consultation and mapping session actually looks like. 🫶🏽
Day 22/40 “Promise me I’ll still look like myself.” I hear this all the time, especially from women who never done anything like this before.
They’re not asking for bold.
They’re not asking for balance.
for Brows. that still feel like them
for enhancement that doesn’t take over their face.
That’s the heart of our work here at
Every shape is mapped to your features.
Every detail is designed to feel soft, natural undetectable to anyone but you because the goal isn’t to change your face.
It’s to help you walk out feeling more confident in it.
Still you- just a little more effortless
Thinking about booking? But still unsure?
Let’s talk it through! Free consults are always available no pressure at all just a simple 🫶🏽
Day 21/40: If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this.
Don’t wait as long as I did.
I was 23 when I packed my bags and left a marriage I should have left three years before that. I stayed because I was young, because I was naive, and because I didn’t trust myself enough yet.
I did the same thing with USPS. I stayed because that’s what you’re supposed to do. Government job. Benefits. Security. Nobody around me was saying that building a business in the beauty industry was a real career.
My husband now was telling me to open my own place as far back as 2015. He saw it before I did. I still didn’t make a move for another four years. Started in 2019. Opened the doors in 2020. He has always had more faith in me than I’ve had in myself.
So I waited. And waited.
The beauty industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. The women building careers in it are doing real work and making real money.
I just had to stop waiting for permission from people who had never done it themselves.
Every year I waited was a year I wasn’t building something of my own.
If you’re waiting right now, for the right time, for someone to tell you it’s okay, for it to feel less scary: it doesn’t get less scary. You just get tired enough of waiting that you finally go.
Don’t wait as long as I did. 🫶🏽
