This is a PSA to all my lovely clients.

Please confirm your appointments by clicking the link that is sent by my system Vagaro. I do have a 48hr cancellation policy for a reason and it is imperative to confirm your appointment before then. I pay extra for this booking system to make it convenient for all of us. I shouldn't have to reach out multiple times via text, FB msg, email, telegram, etc. I use this system to make things easy for both of us, please utilize it so I am not continually feeling like a stalker reaching out over and over to confirm.

As we all know, back to school is upon us and we know the extra traffic that we are about to incur. Please plan for extra time and arrive on time. I do understand things happen but everyone knows the abundance of delays we have everyday living in Florida. So be considerate and arrive on time, even early to enjoy a snack or drink. I strive to stay on time, it's a huge pet peeve to run late and feel rushed. It does happen from time to time but anyone who knows how I work, knows it's rare and if I do, I will text in advance to make you aware. So, please have the same consideration for me.
Thank you all and let's hope this back to school season doesn't ruin our schedules too severely. I appreciate every single one of you for continuing to support my business.
