I want people to understand that what happened to me two years ago didn’t happen overnight. It’s from years of many years, not talking, keeping things boggled up inside and not understanding what it can do to you in the long run. There is a thing going around where men aren’t allowed to talk about their emotions,cry, or be vulnerable. We have got to stop telling our men those type of things. And start empowering them with healthier solutions on how to deal with their mental well-being .
