Developing and maintaining strong and healthy hair can be easily done through proper diet. Hair consists of protein (keratin) so it is very important to include protein rich food in your meals. Food like eggs and fish are all good sources of protein. Proteins from animals are great because they consist of essential amino acids like: iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin D, B12 and B6.
