Morning workouts are usually a solo fest at 530am but not today ๐
Ellen has been sneaking into my workouts for as long as she's been able.
When I changed my workout time to early mornings she was limited to Saturday mornings.
She's so proud of herself ๐
She could have been my excuse to skip it but instead she just joined in ๐

Just had to share!!
This women is in my accountability group and as you can see she has made huge changes in such a short time.
๐
No pills, wraps, creams etc.. Just easy to follow calendars of workouts lead by amazing super trainers.๐
I'm conjunction with this she is also following portion control while enjoying all the foods she loves, having a superfood shake each day, and keeping in track by checking into the group.๐
Notice this is just 4lbs of weight loss. It's all about the body composition baby!!
I want to challenge you to go take some before pictures, measurements etc and then comment below that you are ready to take control ๐

Alright, today's workout is 10 Rounds. This is a favorite type of workout for me.
When I first found beachbody I was looking for a way to fight back and never feel like a victim again so combat workouts spoke to my soul.

Alright so I may have missed posting this on Saturday.
But, this is a great sample of the 645 workout available on beachbody on demand.
6 days 45 minutes a day.
How mobility days are untouchable by any other program I've seen offered.

It's crazy for me to look back to where I started, and even how I got started.
To become someone who regularly enjoys exercising and focuses largely on their nutrition.
This is crazy to me because I thought it was all about punishing your body and starving.
My workouts were intense and my diet extreme. I would miss out on the things I loved but then some where along the road there was a mindset change.
I realized that exercise was a celebration and healthy food isn't gross (kale ๐คฎ). My past taught be the wrong way and is not defining my future self.
Change is inevitable. You get decide to live a healthy life. I can wish I for you but ultimately the choice is yours!

It's been a while since I last posted here. I decided that I'd like to start sharing some of the workouts that I do on Saturdays with you.. For free!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! ๐
But sometimes it just feels like a ton of work. We get caught up and lose sight of what the season is about and what's most important!
We are too busy running around and making it to the events that we don't actually enjoy the moments!
We spend all our time thinking of everyone else and forget to take care of ourselves!
For these reasons, our team has decided to run a special group!! Focused on taking care of ourselves while not missing out on the joy of the Christmas season!!

I donโt know about you, but the next two months for a mom can be stressful. I don't know your life, but I'm a full time working mom outside of the home. So the next two months are spent with filling my children's cups at home while making things joyful in the classroom.
This year I want something different. I am teaming up with a nutritionist and a fellow coach. Together the three of us decided we want to not only be able to pour into others but also ourselves.
So hereโs our proposal to all of you. The Monday after Thanksgiving (nov 29) we are starting a wellness group. For the rest of this year we will focus on JOY.
We will teach you to double up your own cup so we can pour this love back into others without sacrificing our own well being to do it.
Joining this group is $140. Itโs the best gift you can get yourself. I promise.(And itโs for the whole YEAR! ) If you feel like itโs the holidays and you canโt spend this on yourself- have your spouse or your mom or sister get it for you as a gift.โค๏ธ
๐We will fill the group with holiday themed meal plans to take some of your stress away.

Made a jambalaya tonight.
21 Day Fix- Per serving (2 ยผ cup): 2 Red Containers, 1 Yellow Container, 1 Green Container, and 1 teaspoon.
