Join Bri every Wednesday at 6 PM for her weekly Vinyasa class.

Bri will be guiding a 7-week Chakra Series during class. Each week will focus on one of the seven chakras, giving students the opportunity to learn about these energy centers while moving through an intentional Vinyasa flow.

These classes are designed to support strength, mobility, mindful awareness, and deeper connection to the body and breath.

Ahauve brings over a decade of dedicated yoga practice to every class she teaches at West End Wellness. What began as a personal journey in high school evolved into a transformative practice during her time at Emory, where she deepened her connection to the philosophy and physicality of yoga. She formalized her teaching credentials through Baptiste Power Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program and has since led classes across Tennessee and Rochester, Minnesota—all while pursuing her medical training.

With a unique background blending Human Health and Dance, Ahauve creates classes that are as thoughtful as they are dynamic. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, and her teaching reflects this commitment through inclusive, strength-building sequences that honor both flow and mindfulness. On and off the mat, Ahauve’s mission is to empower her students to feel stronger, more connected, and more authentically themselves!
