First time floater here. After about 20 minutes, I was "lost" for the remainder of my float - in this space I felt able to reconnect to whatever it is that is the true essence of life. Reconnect to the core of my being. With both hands over the heart, I finally felt @ one w/ me, and the world around me and universe within me. Powerful, elevating, and relaxing.
