The ones who carry so much, hold everyone together, and still somehow keep showing up day after day. The mothers who nurture, comfort, support, heal, guide, and love deeply — even when they’re exhausted.

As someone who works so closely with women and caregivers, I see how much so many moms hold in their bodies, minds, and hearts. The stress, the mental load, the worry, the constant giving of themselves to everyone around them.

So today, I hope you give yourself permission to receive.
To rest.
To breathe.
To slow down.
To care for yourself with the same love you so freely give to others.

Whether you’re a mother to children, animals, clients, family, friends, or simply someone who nurtures others with your presence — you deserve care too.
