Hey there! It's been a while... didja miss me?

I started Renew Therapeutic Massage 3 years ago with the hopes of building a patient-focused practice where massage is more than just an hour of relaxation. You've lived an entire life full of incredible experiences, and bodywork should reflect that.

Moving forward into the next 3 years, I aim to keep that goal the same - as well as bring new modalities into my practice to serve my patients the best I can. I am excited to be more present on social media and better get to know all of you lovely humans!
