A little bit of everything this week!🩷

Hi everyone! As many of you know I’m preparing for one of the biggest blessings of my life, welcoming our baby girl later this year! Because of that, there are a few important changes coming to ensure I can continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients!

🩷 Updated Schedule: My business hours and working days will be changing.I will be sharing my updated availability soon!

🩷 Maternity Leave: I will be taking maternity leave before/around my due date. This is not up for discussion or negotiation! Once those dates are finalized, I’ll share them well in advance! If you’re looking to stay on a nail schedule while I’m on maternity leave, I have a list of amazing nail techs that I’d be happy to recommend!

🩷 Pregnancy & Understanding: While I am committed to my clients and will ALWAYS do my best to keep appointments as scheduled, pregnancy is unpredictable! If I become sick or need to reschedule, I ask for the same grace and understanding that I would extend for you! My health and my baby’s health have to come first, and I appreciate your kindness and patience! Everyone that knows me KNOWS I barely ever call out or cancel unless it’s 100% needed!

🩷 Cancellation Policy Reminder: Please remember that appointment reminders are sent multiple times before your appointment. Between booking confirmations and reminder messages, you’ll receive 3 separate notifications, so forgetting an appointment is not considered an acceptable reason for a last-minute cancellation or no-show!

My cancellation policy remains the same:
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined in my policies!
- Repeated missed appointments may result in being unable to book future appointments!

As always, I will keep everyone updated as changes arise!! Thank you for understanding and respecting my boundaries!! I truly appreciate every single one of you for supporting my small business through this exciting chapter of life!! Your patience, understanding, and loyalty mean more to me than you know!
