New Salon Guidelines

Hello Ladies!

June 1st is almost here and the salon will be open soon! Yea! As you all know things will be different now. I'm really trying to get all the required items to reopen but it is a struggle(I still can't find Clorox Wipes!)but I will do the best I can! I've written out some guidelines for us to follow . These guidelines can be found at www2.illinois.gov/dceo for the full list.

I will be at the salon this week setting up, cleaning and removing some things. I have stocked up on Barbicide for disinfection and cleaning. I bought new clippers and cuticle pushers for each person and I too will be washing my hands and wearing my mask! I will be cleaning and disinfecting between clients, cleaning and disinfecting the washroom after each use and using all disposable items for each service.

I am counting on each and everyone of you to be honest about how you are feeling the day of your appointment. Remember! If someone tests positive we all may have to quarantine again for 14 days!! Ugg.

Becky's Tips & Toes Safety Guide

• All appointments must be pre booked online.
• All clients will sign a Covid-19 waiver to be serviced.
• No walk-in clients will be allowed to enter the salon.
• Appointment times may need to be adjusted to allow time for cleaning
• Please bring exact cash to pay your balance
• When you arrive, please stay in your car and text me that you have arrived.
• Please bring a mask, it must cover your nose and mouth. I'll have some for sale for $2.00
• Upon entering I will ask everyone to wash their hands with soap and water for 30 seconds. We will be using hand sanitizer as well throughout your appointment.
• Please leave your phone in your pocket or purse. You can text me nail pics before your appointment. Do not touch phone during appointment.
• No food or drinks will be allowed in the Salon.
• No extra people, no children, no pets
• If you have traveled out of state or gone to any large gatherings with over 200 people, please book your next appointment 14 days after you arrive home.
• If you are sick- DO NOT COME TO THE SALON.
• If you have pending test results for Covid-19-DO NOT COME TO THE SALON.
• If you have had or been in the same house as someone who has had Covid-19 within 21 days of your appointment- DO NOT COME TO THE SALON.
• I will waive all rescheduling fees if you need to reschedule.
• I reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.

Lastly, please be patient with me. This has been a stressful time for salons and all small businesses. It may take a bit to get used to all the new changes. This may seem extreme but we can do it!!! If you have any questions or concerns give me a call.

I can't wait to see you all and I hope I can still talk with the mask on! hahaha
