“Where are you located?”

“Can I just come to relax?”
Absolutely. You do not need to talk the entire appointment. Some clients love chatting, some take a nap, some meditate, some just want quiet time away from life for an hour. Your appointment is YOUR experience and we want you comfortable the entire time 🫶

“Can I wear earbuds?”
Of course! Want to listen to music, a podcast, white noise, or watch TikToks while you relax? Go for it. We totally understand wanting to fully zone out and decompress during your service.

“Can I avoid getting my ears wet?”
Yes! Just let us know beforehand and we’ll do our best to protect your ears and keep water exposure minimal during the service. Your comfort always comes first.

“What if I have a lot of hair?”
That is completely okay. Thick hair, long hair, curls we see it all. Your service may just take a little extra time/product.

“What if I have scars on my head?”
We work around scars, sensitivities, and different scalp conditions all the time. Just let us know beforehand so we can customize pressure and techniques to keep you comfortable throughout the appointment.

“Is there an age requirement?”
We welcome a wide range of ages, but for younger guests we may require a parent/guardian present depending on age and the type of service booked. If you’re unsure, just message us and we can help answer any questions beforehand 🤍

“What if I have psoriasis?”
Please let us know before your appointment. Mild psoriasis or scalp dryness can often still be worked around gently, but if there are open wounds, active irritation, bleeding, or severe flare ups, we may recommend waiting until the scalp has healed a bit first. Your safety and scalp health always come first.
