Did you know, that there are 8-10 organs in your gut?
They all have a function, some work harder than others, they each need different types of support.
So, when I hear someone say it may be your gut health ... Let's get specific. Where in the gut?
Do we need to "detox"? Not necessarily, we need to support our health. These organs are natural detox systems. It could be that the small intestine is not absorbing nutrients to its fullest. Maybe it's a little sluggish and needs support to ramp up again. Or to take a look at your diet to see if there's an overconsumption that is creating the slow down.
The term Gut health is misused and misunderstood.
I want to shine some light on what gut health actually is .... Stay tuned. I'm not selling anything. I want to educate.
