Ok y’all it’s cold out side so after shampooing your hair please grab that moisturizing deep conditioner and apply it from the ends of your hair up, allow the product time to caress your tresses for at least 15 minutes. Although it’s cold out try to rinse using cool water to seal that moisture in when you’re done. Your hair will love you for it, and self love is the best love!

As a community we are still lacking in areas of self love of our hair and skin and it may just be because we don’t know or have no clue on where to start.
