Forgiveness is not a gift given to those who harmed you. Forgiveness is the process of freeing your soul and body from the bo***ge of pain and resentment of those who inflicted those wounds. Don't let their hurt define you. Break free from the toxic bond.

You are created in the image of the Divine. You are precious, beautiful, and worthy of love. Every beautiful creation reflects your worth. You are worthy of all the love in the universe. Believe in your worth and let love empower you to forgive!

SomatoEmotional Release is a big term for an amazing treatment. This work addresses ways you hold emotions in your body. It works great in conjunction with Professional Counseling, especially if you feel like you just know there is more to deal with but you just can not figure out what that specifically is.

Why does a Massage Therapist do this work? It’s because some chronic pain that has no medical explanation can have roots in stored emotions, sometimes, going back all the way to childhood. Dealing with the stored emotion(s) often lessens pain. It can profoundly move you forward in your healing journey.

This is what CranioSacral therapy does. It is a gentle technique that has helped so many of my amazing clients improve their health!

Cerebrospinal fluid is essential to the health and adaptability of the nervous system.
When CSF flow is restricted, it can affect cranial motion, dural tension, and the body’s ability to heal and maintain corrections. That’s why understanding how to evaluate and support CSF dynamics is such an important part of effective cranial care.

Techniques like Cranial Rhythm Impulse, CSF balancing, occipital pump and spread, and ventricular bulb work help restore balance to the system and improve long-term stability.

When chiropractors understand how to work with CSF mechanics, they can bring greater precision and better outcomes to both pediatric and adult care.

Part of my work is to help people change their relationship with pain. This is my friend Barbara who showed me it was possible, she passed away in the middle of the pandemic and she still teaches me! She was one of the first people to trust me to work on her when I was a massage therapy student. Her unbridled enthusiasm was so contagious. Her praise and encouragment helped me to believe in this work. I post her picture here because she’s been on my mind since working on the Chronic Pain Workshop. Her pain was constant and still she always took on any challenge with gusto. Any her tiny self would fight giants if they threatened those she loved. This photo captures her delight and awe that she always embraced. Thank you Barbara!
