I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting changes coming to my online salon booking menu that I believe will enhance your experience with Sage x Mane.
I'm introducing tiered haircut services to better cater to your needs. You will now have options that include a budget-friendly tier, a mid-range option (which remains at the same price), and a luxury tier for those looking for a little extra pampering. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to add enhancements to your services or choose from a selection of bundles that group some of my most popular services together for your convenience.
For those of you who frequently book Root Touch-Up services, I’ll be implementing a flat rate, as opposed to the other services which are priced hourly. No prices are changing for these services, however there is express options which are at a lower price point and are time-saving.
As I navigate these changes, my goal is to make your online booking experience as easy and streamlined as possible while keeping it accessible for everyone.
If you notice anything that seems off or if there’s anything missing, I would greatly appreciate your feedback. These changes are just the beginning, and I look forward to rolling out more updates in the future.

I hope this message finds you well, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your continued support of my hair studio, Sage +Mane. Your loyalty has been the driving force behind my growth and success.

As part of my ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible salon experience, I will be implementing a few changes starting October 1st, 2023. I want to make sure you're aware of these changes and that they are as seamless as possible for you.

1. Pricing Adjustment: I will be adjusting the pricing of a few of my services to help me maintain the highest level of quality and service you expect from me. However, if you are a new client who received a consultation in late August or September with a price estimate, I will honor that estimate for your first appointment in October. Subsequent appointments will be at the new prices.

2. Service Name Changes: In an effort to simplify and streamline my service offerings, I will be making some adjustments to the names of a few services. These changes are intended to make it easier for you to choose the treatments that best suit your needs. If you have any questions about these changes or need clarification on any service names, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via email.

I understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but please know that these adjustments are made with your best interests in mind. My goal is to continue delivering top-notch services while ensuring a straightforward and enjoyable experience for you.

SAGE + MANE UPDATES

Starting December 1, 2021 I am simplifying and streamlining my services. Over the past year, I have invested in my skills behind the chair, elevated my education in owning a small business, and created a warm atmosphere to welcome you all into.

I'm so grateful to all of you who have supported and created the vibe with me that we both love.
I will continue to keep my stylist hands learning and run this sweet space with integrity.

I am currently doing a variation of hourly paid services, so you all are somewhat familiar with this set up.
As I stated before on December 1, 2021 all services (with the exception of extensions) will be $100 per hour.

I'm excited to offer another hair product line to you guys! It's called Hairstory. I'm always looking for ways to simplify the hair routine and maintain the quality. Covid & Appointment Arrival

Hey all! With all the re-opening of California, we are all trying to navigate through these difficult times.

What that means for Sage + Mane is...

*Masks will now be optional for vaccinated clients. If you are not vaccinated, please remain masked during the appointment.
*I will continue to follow all sanitation guidelines between each client as well as continue to have sanitizer available.
*However, I fully understand that there are still risks and I have absolutely no problem masking up with you!
*When you message me that you have arrived, include "Mask preferred" and I will happily wear a mask with you.
* I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in my space.

Speaking of arriving for your appointment...

*The doors are now open! Which means the waiting area is now available (seating located to your immediate left or benches along the hallway).
* Please, still message me when you arrive and I will come out and get you at the time of your appointment. I still need time and space to clean up after each guest.
