HALLOWEEN ZOMBIE YOGA PARTY!

As the moon nears the fullest phase, let the zombies and odd creatures, also known as yogis, come out an play!

Doors open at 8pm and yoga begins at 9pm (2 hour class).
Arrive early and paint yourself, or someone else, with glow in the dark paints.
Costumes not required but what’s a Halloween party without a few!
Taught by Trish Pietrzak, this class will be a mix of Power Poses (done in Bikram) and Power Vinyasa Flow! All this and great tunes to go with it!
Follow the class join us for a community potluck meal to quench your hunger, so bring a dish to share!
OFF THE MAT INTO THE WORLD - your chance to give back
This evening we will be collecting TARPS for the Homeless Project, so bring a new or gently used tarp to donate at this event.
Sign up in advance and save your spot as space is limited.
ADVANCED PRICING: $15pp or $25 per couple
(that includes your partner, your friend, your neighbor or some random yogi who also has zombie like qualities).
