Some of you may know Kellie already; she has worked on-and-off with Strands over the years in various locations, and we are so excited to have her back behind the chair at our East Sacramento location! Kellie brings 30 years of experience, with decades of extensive training from AVEDA and Vidal Sassoon ✏️🤓✂️

Kellie wants to live in a world "where nail polish doesn’t chip 💅🏼, memories are never forgotten ✨💝, and teddy bears can talk 🧸💬.”

As a stylist, her work has been showcased for years all over the beautiful people of Sacramento. She's known for her eclectic clientele, and how she makes each and every one of them look and feel their best by providing them with personalized styles to fit their unique daily lives🌞 Kellie is a lover of the human connections built while styling, and has an infinitely-energetic passion for all-things hair 💇‍♀️💛

When she’s not behind the chair working her hair magic, you can find Kellie enjoying being a dedicated mama to her three boys 👱‍♂️👱‍♂️👱‍♂️and channeling her discipline through the practice of Yoga 🧘‍♀️ She is so excited to share the Strands Family experience with her clientele, and looks forward to bonding with new friends over a shared love of hair, Aveda, and personal wellness along the way.

Jennifer has been styling hair since 2008, after completing her cosmetology education at the Aveda Institute at Chapen Hill, and the Cita Aveda Institute of San Francisco 🎓

Jenn has been part of our for over a decade. She is known for her efficiency ⏰and is a master of color transformations 🎨, volume cuts and styles for fine hair 💇‍♀️ and beautiful curly cuts 👩‍🦱💛

Jennifer’s favorite part of her career has been the daily opportunity to create connections with her guests, and being able to attentively serve their needs in order to help them look and feel their best 💖

In her spare time, Jenn is an avid reader 📚 loves to go on hikes and be outdoors with her family friends 🏕️, and is an infinitely-loving wife and mother 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Jennifer is retiring from behind the chair today to pursue a career in Education! 👩‍🏫 She is so excited to be taking on her first class of students this August, teaching the 4th grade 🚌 We are over-the-moon happy for her, and extremely proud of her for pursuing her dreams 🏆 There’s no question that she is passionately guided by one simple mantra: "Live the life you've always imagined ✨" - David Thoreau
