I recently moved to Sacramento from Seattle Washington. I was in desperate need of hair care. Having no one to give me a referral, I took to Google. The first two listings were so so, the third looked promising. I read the many complamentory reviews of the stylist Behnaz and I looked no further. I called to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail. The next morning my call was returned by Behnaz and she instructed me to call her receptionist and make an appointment. My appointment was two days later at noon. Being new to Sacramento I used my GPS to find the saloon. I got hung up in a traffic revision and made the wrong turn into the incorrect plaza and basically got lost. I was already 20 minutes late for my appointment. I called the salon to tell them I was lost and where I was, I suggested I rebook. Behnaz was so accommodating she said to come anyway and the receptionists stayed on the phone and basically guided me through the aggressive California drivers to the salon(remember I'm coming from Washington State, where we drive slow) The salon had a bottle of cold water ready for me as I walked in, now almost a half hour late and told me to take a deep breath and Behnaz would be right with me. My new stylist Behnaz came up to me and introduced herself and was so gracious about my being so late. We had immediate chemistry and she gave me an incredible new hair style and touch up color. Her perfessionalism and skill was apparent and without a doubt I've found my Sacramento hair Stylists. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my new style. Today is day 3 of my cut and it falls into perfect form with basically running my fingers through my hair. My girl friend who lives in Sacramento and has a stylist in a different town has suggested she will make an appointment with Behnaz because she loves my cut. Sacramento is looking better every day. I am an Asian female with short hair. It has been quite difficult for me to find a hair stylist in this area who knows exactly how to cut my hair in the way I want until I found Behnaz. I read all the positive reviews on Yelp and Google about her and came in with a high expectation. Just had my hair colored and cut last night. My first visit. I'm very pleased with my color and I can just shake my head and my hair falls into place.
