What happens when you stop chasing quick fixes?

You did the work.

You repaired your barrier, your skin feels calm, maybe even a little dewy… so now what?

This is actually my favorite phase.

Because now we get to build.

When your skin isn’t constantly fighting irritation, inflammation, or dehydration, we can start focusing on the next layer of your goals:
✨ collagen support
✨ brightness
✨ texture
✨ longevity
✨ healthy aging

Your skin is finally READY TO RECEIVE, and that changes everything about how we approach it.

The best skincare journeys aren’t about endlessly fixing problems. They’re about creating healthy skin that can continue to thrive for years to come.

That’s the difference between chasing quick fixes and building long term results 🤍

The clients who see the biggest transformations usually have one thing in common:

They stop looking for the next thing and commit to the plan.

When you see before and afters like these, it’s easy to assume the magic is in the treatment. And while CellStory is an incredible tool, the real secret is consistency.

The clients who achieve these results are the ones who:
🤍 show up for their appointments
🤍 stay consistent with their homecare
🤍 trust the process
🤍 give their skin time to respond

Some of these results came from a CellStory series. Some came after a single treatment. But every single one was built on a foundation of customized skincare, healthy skin function, and consistency at home. Great skin isn’t created by one perfect treatment. It’s created by small decisions made over and over again.

That’s how you protect the progress ✨

Here’s the thing about summer. It’s the season most likely to quietly undo months of progress. Not dramatically, just slowly. A little more sun exposure, a disrupted routine, the wrong exfoliant on already warm skin.

Your barrier worked hard to get here. Let’s keep it that way.

Welcoming summer with June’s skincare theme: “Protect the Progress”

You’ve spent time building healthy skin, supporting your barrier, finding the right products, and staying consistent.

Now comes the important part: protecting all that hard work!

This month we’ll be talking about:
☀️ Protecting your barrier
✨ Protecting your results
🤍 Protecting your skin investment
🌿 Protecting your glow

And before we dive in, thank you for being here. For trusting my recommendations, showing up for your appointments, and following along with these skincare conversations month after month.

I’m excited for this one. Who’s with me?

… and they wear sunscreen ☀️

One thing about me I’m seeing clients, building something I love, romanticizing every part of my day, and SPF is genuinely non-negotiable in that.

Loving what you do is cool. Creating your own lane is cool. Taking care of your skin while you do it? That’s just part of the lifestyle.

SPF isn’t a chore when you find one you actually love. It layers beautifully, it supports your skin long term, and it just becomes the thing you reach for without thinking.

I have favorites. Come ask me.
