“Baseline Interval Test Day” … AKA International Torturefest 08/05/2019

Josh - Did much better this time. No mods on pushups. Broke em up (8/8/4, 7/7/6, etc). Knees to elbows still. No bands for pull-ups but didn’t do strict ones. 30 lbs to 9’ for wall balls. Rosie - ROCKED her first Interval Test! Completed every round. Used bands and moved to knees, but 20 lbs for the wall ball! LIKE. A. BOSS. Should see this again in December! Yay ... ? 😀😆😀💪❤️🔥😢😭
