Holidays are busy! Booked out right now until beginning of December. So keep that in mind when asking to get on my schedule! Currently unable to add new clients due to the fullness of my schedule. Thank you to all my clients! I love grooming your fur babies!

My 10 minute late policy is very strict so that I can stay on schedule and not fall behind. I allow 10 mins late but after that I have to reschedule. My days are full and I have to be able to get off on time to get to my daughter’s school and pick her up :) Thank you all for understanding! I’m blessed to have you all! I truly love my job.

My two bigger dogs on the outside and my sisters little dog in the middle. They’re the best. My 2 dogs are both 14 years old but still act like puppies sometimes. They’re so special.

♦️ Policy Changes 📣

Hi all! Happy holiday season! This time of year is extremely busy for me and as of now, I am booked all through until mid January. So thankful!
With the busyness of the season I need to be strict on my 10 minute late policy. If you’re 10 mins late I will no longer be able to keep your appointment and will have to reschedule. No exceptions. I am on a deadline every day to leave at a certain time to get my little girl from school. 10 minutes doesn’t sound like much but it is in a grooming setting. If you’re arriving late but in the 10 minute grace period, I kindly ask that you come straight in and don’t take the time to walk or train your pet. If it needs that, please arrive early. Thank you very much! ❤️❤️

There has been several “no-shows” the last few weeks / last min cancelations. I totally understand that things happen and appointments get forgotten. However, it’s been happening a lot more often. So effective next week 11/11/2024 I will be charging 50% of the grooming charge before your next groom as a non refundable “no show fee” if you don’t show to your appointment. I can take that over the phone or Venmo or in person. I also have new waiver forms to fill out and sign with these policies on it. After 3 “no shows” I’ll have to ask you to find a new groomer as my schedule is very full and I have a waiting list a mile long. Please please text me 24 hours or atleast the day before your groom if you’re going to cancel so I can fill your spot.
If you’re arriving with more than one pet, please let me know if one or more are not making it with the other one so that I can fill that spot as well.

I am SO grateful to all my clients! I love you all and your pets always make my day. They’re the reason I love my job so much! Thank you again! ❤️❤️

Ready for the Halloween season! This big guy is learning to love grooming! He’s still just a pup but is calm, cool and collected. 🐶 I love when they come in as puppies because then they learn it’s not so bad 🥰
