Hi! I haven’t made a post in over a year, now, so I figured it’s time to pop in and say hello! 👋🏼😎
I can’t believe it’s already this time of year.. How many days of summer do you have remaining?? 🎉

Update: Back in newborn heaven! 💕
I am currently on maternity leave, snuggling this new babe and the rest of our growing ball team 🥰
Thanks to all of my amazing clients and support group for helping this transition be a smooth one.
I love this community and all it has provided for me and the connections and friendships I’ve made through it! 😘🫶🏼

I don’t do many true full sets (I have some clients that go extended times between fills that turn into a full set after the removal of grown out lashes), anymore, so it’s fun to be able to start fresh and create a full transformation like this one! 🪄 💫

Invest in yourself! When you feel good/confident, you act differently!
*I got my nails done, yesterday, and it’s amazing to me how that one little thing makes me feel so good.
We sometimes fall into the idea that in order to have a successful business, we have to buy and go to all of the expensive classes. But, we forget that investing also includes yourself! Do things that make you feel confident and good about yourself! Nails and eyelashes are things that make me feel really good about myself. They’re simple additions, but I notice that I feel more confident, when I take the time to do them.
Invest in yourself properly and it’ll change your business! 💁🏼‍♀️

Hi! Here’s my 2022 introduction for those that don’t know me, yet!
👋🏼My name is Kaitlin and this is my husband, Dakota. We have 3 kids & 1 👼🏼
I have been lashing since 2013. I was certified while I was in Cosmetology school.
I was also trained and certified to do PMU and found a love for permanent eyeliner (the most sensitive part of the body, go figure I’m where I am, now!)
I thought lashes and PMU would be “add-on services,” I would occasionally offer as I made my way through a hair salon. 😂
I have always loved hair! But, I focused in on my skill with lashes and eyeliner and eventually tapered out of everything except for lashes!
🎀Fun fact: I took my initial classic course (back when volume wasn’t a thing) through a reputable company.. except she had been fired from the company and my “course,” was like handing my 5 year old tweezers and telling them to isolate, grab an extension, dip in adhesive, and place properly.. 120 times over, and then just walking away. 🙃
Most of my skills have come through trial and error, talking to other artists, watching videos, and YEARS of practice. 🤏🏻💪🏼
I took my first volume class with AW Lashes] long before she started her own company (because she wanted me to try them on her and that’s what best friends do 🥲), became one of .artist ‘s very first Ambassadors, then took a volume course for Insiders, and am now an educator for AW Lashes] !
I found my passion for teaching other artists through my own struggle to enhance my skills on my own, as well as navigate boundaries in my business with clients, family, and friends!
So, here I am 8.5 years in and still learning and growing as a person, wife, mother, and businesswoman, and hoping to inspire someone along the way! ☺️
My husband jokes that I am in the wrong industry with my steady hands and should’ve been a neurosurgeon👩🏼‍⚕️. I happen to be obsessed with the medical world, and especially birth! So, I’ll venture into that world one day 😇
I am located in Southern Utah and LOVE it here.
We need more skilled lash artists that are accepting clients!
